I’ve lost over 50lbs, 215lbs-160lbs I’m no one special, I’m a stay at home mom who refused to accept the body she was left with after 3 pregnancies. I did this by doing at home workouts from a good program. I track my food and count my Macros with my fitness pal.
There have been LOTS of ups and downs. Lots of times where the scale went up for a while and down for a while but I’ve always pushed through. The determination is what’s gonna get you where you wanna be guys, not motivation. That is fleeting. It comes and goes.
Over the last 2 years, I learned to use my voice. The more I started to love myself, the less I needed other people’s approval of me. I am confident because I can admit who I am, what I’ve done and been through, and now, I love myself for what I have become.
You’ll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine (not all results are physical).
